• Microsoft Launches Office 365 for Education

    Following the launch one year ago of its cloud-based office suite, today Microsoft announced the availability of a new version of Office 365 geared towards K-12 and post-secondary education. Both students and faculty will have use of the online versions of: Exchange, Lync, Sharepoint, Word, Excel etc... Best of all, it's free!

    As part of the press release Microsoft states: "The service delivers a secure, school-managed environment that keeps student information safe. Microsoft has a comprehensive approach to cloud privacy and security".
